The context is located on the flanks of the mountainous area to the west of the Lowlands. This context is mostly composed of thin till and colluvium over metamorphic and intrusive bedrock.

ReliefThe hydrogeological context designates the mountainous part of the study area. The elevation ranges between 100-150 m in the northern part to 850-1100 m in the southern part.

DescriptionThis context includes only two geological units. On the surface is the Vashon Drift and at its base the bedrock of metamorphic and intrusive origin.
